Live Streams & Shared Moments

Examples

Our live streams and Zoom gatherings are simple, human moments shared in real time. They’re not presentations or performances — they’re gentle invitations to pause, show up, and be part of something alongside others who understand the value of slowing down.

Some sessions are quiet and observational: walking together at sunset, watching the sky change, sitting with a cup of tea while the world carries on. Others are lightly guided: creative time, breathing, simple movement, or reflective conversation. You’re always free to join in, stay quiet, turn your camera off, or simply listen.

A Little Bit of English is woven in gently — reassuring language, clear prompts, and a calm pace that helps tired minds settle. Nothing is recorded unless it’s clearly stated. Nothing is compulsory. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

These shared moments matter because self-care doesn’t have to be done alone. Being present at the same time as others — even briefly — can ease isolation and make small daily care feel more possible.

Join live when you can, or let the calendar guide you when you need something to look forward to
