Explore & Chill with A Little Bit of English is something we built for people who spend their lives supporting others

— carers, parents, partners, professionals — and slowly forget to take care of themselves

This is the story behind Explore & Chill with a Little Bit of English.

It’s why we created a self-care model for people who support others.

  • Why do you need us?

Explore & Chill with A Little Bit of English is something we built for people who spend their lives supporting others — carers, parents, partners, professionals — and slowly forget to take care of themselves.

It’s not about fixing anything or adding more pressure. It’s about helping people practice small, daily self-care in ways that actually fit real life.

We do that through quiet walks, calming videos, shared live moments, and simple creative or mindful practices — things you can drop into for ten or twenty minutes a day. Walks, not talks.

A Little Bit of English is just gentle language woven in — not teaching, just reassuring words that help tired minds settle.

Over time, those small daily moments add up. People feel less alone, more grounded, and more able to keep going without burning out.

We built it because the person in crisis often gets support — but the people supporting them usually don’t. This is a place for them.

  • WHY WE BUILT EXPLORE & CHILL WITH A LITTLE BIT OF ENGLISH

A long-form reflection on what shaped us, what we’re building, and how it might touch your life.

  • Personal letter to our Friends

For decades we’ve navigated the challenges of raising children with undiagnosed mental-health needs, managing family stress, work pressure, and illness — often carrying more than anyone realised.

In recent years, with the support of a small community who understands these experiences, we’ve learned how essential self-care truly is. Even the smallest moments of calm can help us keep going when life feels overwhelming.

  • If nothing changes nothing changes

    I DIDN’T CAUSE IT. I CAN’T CONTROL IT. I CAN’T CURE IT.

We’ve been quietly working on something for quite a while now — it grew out of our own self-care and our hope to give back and help build communities like the one that supported us over the last five years.
