Beach Walks & Coastal Exploration
Examples
This page shares examples of our beach walks and coastal exploration—simple, unhurried moments spent by the sea. Some walks are in winter light with wind and wide skies; others unfold in warmer seasons with softer colours and longer days. Sometimes we walk the shoreline. Sometimes we stop, sit, and watch the waves arrive and leave.
These pieces are not about distance or destination. They’re about pace—the rhythm of footsteps on sand, the sound of water on shingle, the changing light along the horizon. You might join us live, or watch later in your own time. Either way, there’s no expectation to do anything other than be present.
Across these videos you’ll see familiar paths and everyday coastlines, quiet coves and open beaches, moments of weather moving through, and pauses where nothing much happens at all. They’re shared as part of our daily self-care practice—walks, not talks—and offered gently, without instruction.
These examples show what Explore & Chill looks like in practice: real places, real time, and space to breathe.
